Here's the gist of my complaint: *Kohl's understaffs their stores... 15 people for a 88, 000 Square Ft Building. One... yes one, maintenance guy for the day and one at night. *When employed, if they want to fire you, they don't... they just remove you off the schedule and give you less and less hours each week. I would say talk to your SM about getting fewer hours because you are part-time and not getting benefits. From my understanding part-time should be 16-25 hours. Grab an availability sheet and show it to your SM. It says on the sheet that part time works an average of 16-18 hours, for a maximum of 28 hours. •.Pros & Cons.
